Order Policies

  • Ordering Procedures: All orders require a minimum of five (5) days’ notice

  • Please ensure all details for your order is included in the inquiry form (e.g., inspirational photos, design details, etc)

  • A response with your quote will be sent within 24-48 hours

  • All changes must be finalized 5 days before pickup or delivery

  • Deposit: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and will be applied toward your total balance

  • Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of inquiry. No date is considered booked until the deposit is received and confirmed

  • Deposits cover administrative time, design preparation, and supply purchasing

  • Payment: All payments are non-refundable

  • Remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup or delivery

  • Orders not paid on time may be canceled

  • Rush orders (within 24 hours) require full payment at booking

  • Cancellation: Cancellations more than 5 days before the event may qualify for a partial refund

  • Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable

  • Approved refunds may take 7-10 business days to process

  • Pickup: Curbside pickup only (preferred method)

  • Text the pickup number when you’re on the way and again upon arrival

  • Stay in your vehicle — your order will be brought to you

  • Once handed off, TopTenTreats is not responsible for transport or handling

  • No Show & Late Pickup: Orders not picked up or communicated about within 1 hour of the scheduled time are considered abandoned.

  • Abandoned orders are non-refundable

  • A new order and payment are required for recreation

  • Delivery & Setup: Delivery and setup are available upon request for an additional fee

  • Delivery quotes require the ZIP code at booking

  • Fees are based on distance, time, and order size

  • Someone must be present during the delivery window

  • Design: Designs reflect TopTenTreats’ artistic style while honoring your theme

  • Exact replicas are not guaranteed

  • Minor variations in color or placement may occur for stability and presentation

  • Equipment Rental: Treat stands are available for rental

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for responses
